Well,
This week has been a lot of a lot of Humid weather running, and very stormy weather as well. It seems as it just would not give us any break all week, which made it crazy for Running. I was either sweating bucks of sweat, or worried that I was going to get hit by lighting. So it was very interesting week so far of running. Only 1 more day and then a little R&R.
Lately, I have been feeling pretty decent just running without the watch and enjoying the runs not worrying about times or anything like that, which I going to enjoy for a few more weeks until I ramp up the training.
In some other cool news I pass by Half-Way point in my fundraising efforts and now have raise so far $1030 this season for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Combine that with my total from last year and in a year and half I have raise over $5,000 to finding a cure, which just feels great.

The Sun Finally Came Out
Well after a pretty crazy week of Rain, Rain, and more Rain, the sun finally came out. As a result I did a nice 10 miler. Based on this week mileage(35) I decided that I'm going to follow 16 week training plan, since I should have a nice base of 40-45 miles by the end of June.
Overall this was a nice week of running, meet some great people at fun runs and getting excited to have this season of Team in Training to Start Soon.
For a new segment it's Product Review Time . One product that I have really come to enjoy Nuun. Basically, every flavor approves my taste. I fin
d better using more often through out the day then other sports causes you don't get all the uneeded sugar when not perofrming and it has much more vitmans and mineral then leading sport drinks. I also like the fact that is uses Stiva as well. Finally I really enjoy this cause it's a little carbonated and is helping me kick the soda habit. Plus it comes out to only being like .5o cents a serving can't beat that now can you.

June is Here
Well June is here and a crazy and sad May is gone. June is also is hopefully bringing back some normal routines.
Yesterday, was a pretty good day, had a nice 6.4 mile run. I not going to really be using watches so I don't know the time really, but it felt good.
In other news, I was able to get an interview at Chuck E Cheese this Thursday.

The Tank Is Empty

Rain, Rain Go Away Come Back When Marathon Training and Running Over
Well as you can guest it was raining again today for my 6 miler run. For some reason I just don't have any fuel in legs either and they just seem dead and don't want to move. I find it strange cause I felt great on my 10 miler last Sat,but now it's like my legs are gone.
Last Night was good times though, meet up with my Long Island TNT buddies for some beer and Sushi. Really Never had sushi so it was good, but I don't really know if Cook Shrimp and Veggie Roll's count. Although I did try spicy tuna. Oh ya, I really don't have skills to use chop sticks so I found a better use for them.

A Hard Couple Of Week s
Well Folks, sorry for not posting lately, but it's had just been a crazy last couple of weeks. Most of the stuff that had happen to me really don't mean anything, because the past weekend brought the pasting of my grandpa who I'm dedicating this quest too. My grandpa was just a such great guy and everyone loved him. I truly saw this during his wake, cause so many people showed up evening though it was Holiday. So that meant so much. I feel like I should be talking about running cause I had a few nice runs or some great beer I have had, but it just not in me for this post.

End Of The Week
Well, it's Sunday May 16th and another week is ended, but this weekend I turn 23. Wow oh Wow, I'm getting old. LOL. As far as running went it was my first full week back hitting 30 miles for the week. Felt really good, but my body is killing me lugging around over 200 cases of soda's for the graduation ceremonies at GMU. Otherwise it was a pretty good weekend with nothing crazy.

2nd Marathon Completed
Well I did I finish my second Marathon at the Country Music Marathon on April 25th 2009. I finish a hot hot race in 3:26:06, negative splitting the race and feeling good after. It really did not destory me, but my legs are finally starting get to get some juice in them. Ran 4 miles today on the treadmill due to the lovely weather that we had.
I have decided the dedicate my quest to Qualify For Boston to my Grandpa and once again be part of team in training and raise money for the Leukima and Lymphoma Society. My grandpa is in his last days of his life and I want to do this in honor of him. For he was someone who was loving, caring, and always will to give a hand to someone, teaching me and my brothers that with hard work and determination you can complete a lot of things. Evening if you failed he kinda of taught his that you will still always get something out of it. I will have my site up and running soon if you would like to make a donation.

Welcome And Hello
Good Day Everyone and Happy Monday. Well I starting this blog to get out there share my love of running and other stuff with fellow runners, and to give a experience for my second quest for trying to get a Boston Marathon Qualifying Time. I say second cause I was all ready to attempt to go for Boston in 2008 at Philadelphia, but I woke up with a Migraine the day of the Marathon and it was just a no-go for me.
Currently I'm in taper mode for my Spring Fun Marathon with my Teaming in Training buddies, so today was only a light 6 miles nothing crazy, but my legs were dead yesterday for I think a very to fast 6.4 mile run.
